FCA Authorization

FOREN is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Reference Number: No. 901074. FCA authorisation means FOREN is subject to ongoing supervision, capital requirements, and conduct rules set by the UK's financial regulator.

FINTRAC Registration

FOREN is registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) as a Money Services Business. Registration Number: M20208466. FINTRAC registration means FOREN complies with Canada's Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act.

PCI DSS Level 1

FOREN is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of security standard for organisations that handle cardholder data. Certification is maintained through annual audits by a Qualified Security Assessor.

ISO 27001

FOREN's information security management system is certified to ISO 27001:2022. This covers the systems, processes, and people that handle customer data.

Fund Safeguarding

All customer funds are safeguarded in designated accounts with regulated credit institutions, in accordance with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Customer funds are held separately from FOREN's operational funds and are not used for any other purpose.

AML and KYC

FOREN operates a risk-based AML programme aligned with FATF standards. All customers complete identity verification (KYC) before transacting. Enhanced due diligence applies to higher-risk customers and transactions.
